The most powerful hedge trimmer in the STIHL AK System of battery tools, the HSA 60 makes it easy to get a perfect finish on your hedges. The patented teardrop shape of the cutting teeth on the laser-cut, diamond-ground blades pulls the branches between the blades and cuts them neatly for precise trimming.

The HSA 60 is easy and comfortable to use, thanks to the STIHL anti-vibration system.  Plus it's quiet so you won't need to wear ear defenders either. One stand-out feature on the HSA 60 is the rotating back handle - simply pull the switch and turn the handle 90 degrees in either direction for trimming at awkward angles.

As part of the STIHL AK System of battery tools, the HSA 60 uses a battery that is interchangeable across other tools in the same range, so if you already have an AK battery, it can also be used in the HSA 60.

• The HSA 60 can only be operated with two hands so you are always in control. The soft-grip front handle can be operated from all sides so that you can work at exactly the right angle for your hedges, and the rotating back handle can be easily turned 90 degrees in either direction to make the hedge trimmer extremely comfortable to use. 

• There are two positions for the battery - in the first neutral position, the battery is secured in the machine but is not connected to the contacts. This means you can carry the battery around easily without accidentally starting the trimmer. In the second position, the battery is fully pushed in and you can easily start the tool.
