BCS Trailed Ridger
Rotavate and ridge in one pass with the trailed ridger attached to the BCS rotavator.
The trailed ridger is ideal for “earthing up” and for creating ridges and furrows from 10cm (4”) to 23cm (9”) deep.
It slots into the back of the BCS rotavator attachment on the two wheel tractor, allowing it to be used at the same time as the rotavator. This means that the rotavator helps to propel the machine and the ridger through the earth so reducing the drag created by the ridger.
The working width of the trailed ridger is easily adjusted by placing a locking pin into a hole which will with push the wings out, or bring them in, depending on whether you are widening or narrowing the width. The width can be adjusted from 10cm (4”) to 30cm (12”).
What are the minimum power unit requirements?
4.8hp petrol engine.
One working speed.
4.00 x 8 agricultural wheels.
Are any couplers or toolbars needed?
The trailed ridger fits into the back of the rotavator, so there are no couplers or toolbars required.
